Where is the .cia file for NitroHax

I'm sorry, I just cannot for the life of me find the .cia file, not for DSi or for the 3DS either. I need the 3DS one. I am going crazy, what am I missing here?
Go to the Releases page. Listed first is the DS(i) version. Below it is for 3DS.
