I had the same situation, I sent an email and I didn't get a response, I believe there is no longer support, not even for those who pay the registration fee.

Update - Subscriptions cancelled but only after doing two things:
- Contacting Stripe support directly who said they would try to contact him and also check the status of his business and check the status of his Stripe account.
- I also bombarded Alex Grinman and his staff via LinkedIn. His current business appears to be onefootprint.com
Finally yesterday I got an email from tunnelto.dev telling me that subscriptions had been cancelled.
I know it's only $2 a month but it's the principle of the thing.
