Release agda2hs 1.2

If you ask me, I would recommend to deprecate agda2hs-1.1 on Hackage — the dependencies are just too old for this release on Hackage to be useful.
Since we have no more recent release of agda2hs, we should aim to release version 1.2 soon so it can be used by people with modern hardware.
I have made a release candidate for v1.2 here: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/agda2hs-1.1.20231204/candidate. @jmchapman @HeinrichApfelmus could you give it a try?

Looks good to me, I can get a nix develop shell for it. 👍
I can't compile Agda 2.6.4 on my Mac using only cabal because a C library -lz is missing, but that's an unrelated problem.
