Merge `.authorspellings` and `.mailmap`

These files contain similar data.
Could they be merged?
Motivation:
- Reduce the number of files in the repo root
- Avoid duplication
.mailmap is used by git, and I update it before releases.
.authorspellings is darcs legacy, I think we can just delete it.
