Lets make a Grids!
Default to GM percussion keymap.
- BD = 36
- SD = 38
- HH = 42
Params:
- MAPX
- MAPY
- INST = BD | SD | HH | ALL
- DENSITY
- RAND
Most of the code is implemented since 13671b. I haven't tested it yet, and there a few things left to do, e.g. playing all instruments at once.
