Make all team icons clickable and open a wiki for that team

I think there's actually a shorter link that can be used, like /wiki/teamname or something. I'm sure there was an example in old CSS somewhere, might be worth to take a look.
I'll take care of this. On the other hand, I would like to not touch anything regarding teams until we have the consolidation done.
