Auto-detect and use character specific hotkeys via key file

As a user, I'd like to be able to run Botty without having to define my hotkeys in the params or custom.ini
- Botty hotkey bindings removed from params.ini
- Botty hotkey bindings removed from Config()
- Add key_file to params.ini
- Use saved_games_folder and key_file to read the hotkeys
- Add templates for all character skills
- Detect hotkeys (only) when starting first game
