Backup ignores Packages folders incorrectly

For instance, script.module.schism.common has a subfolder lib\requests\packages that contains valid lib files but being ignored by the EZ-Maintenance+ backup functionality.
The code shouldn't ignore 'packages' folder not directly under 'addons'.
should be fixed
