have "total orgs calculated" be a top-level key of summary report

maybe. The use-case would be "total orgs processed in summary report" in something like the json output mode, except it'd be a key that's simply spat out by json rather than requiring the person using it to calculate it themselves. In other presenters, we can call len(p.summaryreport.orgreports), but not so much in the json output.
