UTF-8 Support

Add UTF-8 support to the application. When I put accented characters in an account or in the notes field in a Linux Environment and then I open the application in a Windows Environment the characters look wrong. The reverse also occurs. I use the Brazilian Portuguese idiom.

Is the fact that you're tracking this issue on GitHub an indication that it's still an active issue?

Yes, it is. I had someone contact me recently with a similar issue. I only remembered it when I seen an update come through from SourceForge.

IMO there is no reason NOT to use UTF-8. Check http://stuvel.eu/blog/93/i-can-only-get-health-insurance-by-breaking-the-law to read how encoding issues affect my life.

If you need some help, just let me know. I'm really looking for a good password management tool, and yours seems very promising!
