Theme saturation parameter

Description
Add control for applying theme-wide saturation filter.
Why do you need this feature?
Some users benefit from desaturated colors. Adding this into Leonardo as a theme-based control (along with brightness and contrast) makes sense.
Some design systems teams want to support dark theme with slightly desaturated color palettes, which is helpful in combating perceptual issues with highly saturated colors in dark environments. This saturation parameter would benefit these teams in making a very simple adjustment to an overall saturation level for their theme, outputting colors that work better for them in those environments.
