Brackets HDMI zoom issue

When I run an HDMI cable from my laptop to my monitor, Windows allows you to expand your screen so that your mouse goes from one screen to another. But when i drag the Brackets tab from my laptop to my monitor, everything is zoomed out and appears to be in a lower resolution, not only the code, but also the sidemenus's. When I put the tab back on my laptop screen, everything's normal size and full resolution again. However, if I choose to only project onto my monitor, then everything's normal again. My laptop and my monitor have the same resolution (1920x1080 ). Is this problem fixable?
I fixed it myself, its really simple. First, select secondary screen only, then open brackets, then select expand screen and bam, normal resolution
