Enhancement : Web based version of EPIJudge

It would be awesome if we make this as a web-server. Calling all the amazing web developers to contribute to the fork focused towards making it as web-app.

- Ace Editor
- Docker based compilation and runtime
- Python Flask webserver
- Any other suggestions
I am very interested in this idea, and I would love to be a part of it. I tried something like this but could not make a efficient system. I need someone who can help me out.
