Break up long sentence in Activity Concepts section

All other properties of the activityDefinition are considered part of the definition, and any Statement using the Activity SHOULD either not include the definition, or SHOULD include all properties given here in the definition exactly as given, except for name and description or other language maps, which SHOULD only include languages appropriate to the situation, possibly including ones not present in the profile yet.
This would be clearer as multiple sentences or as a bulleted list of requirements.
