External Identifiers for people and organizations

These identifiers (e.g. ORCIDs or RORs) were recently added to the mdJson schema and are available in mdEditor. They need to be added to the ISO translation as MD_Identifers...
I now know that this will likely be in the shortly upcoming release... If so, we can close this issue
