[Bug Report] Error executing a process

Bug report

Allows to execute process if the required fields are empty

Steps to reproduce

Open the process (Send Text Email)
Run the process with the mandatory fields empty

Expected behavior

You should not let processes and reports run if the required fields are empty

Note: this also happens with Reports, Smart Browser, Processes and Processes Associated with the window
