PROJECT TITLE: Chat Application USER INSTRUCTIONS: The Server will be able to choose its name before a Client connects. You may type before a Client connects, but nothing you type will be broadcasted until at least one client connects to you. The Client will be able to choose its name when it connects to the Server. When you run the Client, you will not be able to type until you are connected to the Server.
