Appears to happen after successful hardware configuration.

Same after a reboot.
I'll now delete the device from staging and reset it
Similar.
Works initially, then not after reset. Worth noting I've not waited the 30seconds polling period before resetting the device (like an impatient/debugging user who is just watching serial output).

Confirming that I can replicate this on alpha 74
@tyeth Loren fixed a check for alpha vs beta on staging, this works perfectly for me on FeatherS3 NO PSRAM on alpha74/staging with a magic config.
