Support for namespaces

Hey!
I'm gonna start by saying I'm greatly thankful that someone created this. Thanks for making my life easier.
I have been analyzing your source code and yahoo/atomizer's source code for a bit now: trying to figure out how it would be possible to add a namespace through your gulp task. I fear I may not be experienced enough to figure out a way to do this.
