404 Error when pressing "Global issues"

I have installed this plugin on my 3.4.3 redmine.
After pressing the "Global issue" button on the top, the 404 error page would be displayed.

I have the same problem with my installation with redmine 3.4.7.

"Global Issue" button doesn't get spanish translation (I added the translation) and I get the 404 error page.
