style: move all styles out from template to scss

Goal คือ ต้องการลด size html ของแต่ละหน้าลด รวม css ไปในไฟล์เดียวให้ browser cache ไว้น่าจะดีกว่า
อาจจะแยก scss เป็นหน้า ๆ ก็ได้
