Hello,

Could you please provide the guide in a text format such as markdown, plain text, or on the github wiki?

When using the PDF it's not possible (at least on OS X) to copy any of the code examples since some character such as underlines appear to be missed for some reason... I've tried both the Chrome and Preview viewers but neither of them really works.

I second this, an automatically-generated documentation website might be helpful to include. It's really a pain trying to copy the code examples from PDF (where I get the same issues with Sumatra), even if most are just one-liners.

@achimdoebler can the pdf binary at least be put into a doc folder (and maybe linked from readme) in this repo? This would ensure the guide is always available and lives with the codebase..
