BPM not updated between clients

Expected Behavior

When you update the BPM, another clients BPM should also update

Current Behavior

It doesn't update

Possible Solution

Updates to BPM should also be submitted with turn changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a song in turn mode
2. Change the bpm
3. Submit to other user
4. Other user's bpm does not update
