Adding a design framework

Feature Request
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To improve the overall user experience and simplify the development experience, we will need a design framework that we can rely on for the building components that will be used.
Describe the solution you'd like
The Solid ecosystem is quite young (unlike Solid which has been in development for 5+ years).
Of the available solutions out there, Hope UI is the most mature and would be a good match for the project IMO.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The other alternative is https://suid.io/ based on Material Design, however, the documentation is lacking and feels half-baked.

For the time being the documentation for Hope-UI at https://hope-ui.com/ is quite detailed.
If we observe issues or misunderstandings about how to use the library, we can expand it with documentation.
