Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

We have AuthN , AuthZ and policy CRUD operations in single client.
In order to move the AuthN and AuthZ to middleware layer, we need to separate client for both AuthN and AuthZ without policy CRUD.
