Not getting screenshot but #+DOWNLOADED: screenshot instead

When using org-download for screenshots, I do not get the image on the orgmode document, but this instead:

#+DOWNLOADED: screenshot @ 2021-02-20 23:46:38

Any idea why this happens?

I get the same but I can also see the picture. Should it not say "downloaded"?

can you see the picture if you export the document?
