Filter ground from stereo camera readings

one question about the ground filtering,

noticed that in the file:
trunk/arrg/ua_robots/wubble_description/launch/wubble_robot.launch

only shadow and robot_self filter have been applied to the tilt laser, while no 
ground filter found here. Is this because the ground filtering is planned for 
stereo camera so no plan for tilt laser?
