Best way to download trained models from server (ColabCode)

I m using colab code to train a CNN model with 200MB in size, but while downloading it takes very long time and I am not able to see the downloading speed or progress. Another issue is sometimes its showing reconnecting. Does that mean download is starting from beginning again.
