I found "Unable to open 'Extension: Python': Server returned 404."
How to solve this?

I shot the problem.
1、download it ：wget https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/releases/download/2021.5.829140558/ms-python-release.vsix
2、install it
3、reopen the explorer！(so important!)
