Is IP2Location LITE supported?

Do you plan to support IP2Location LITE free geolocation database in the future?
I don't have any plans to do this; but I'm not opposed to a patch if there's a reasonable package (not using cgo) that reads the ip2location data.
Is it better than maxmind in your region?
