Trap ctrl-c in ta-judge

Because some students' program may not exit normally, the judgement may not finish.
To solve this problem we should not judge all students then write all scores to excel but write the score to the excel when getting one's result.
Trap ctrl-c is used to save the excel file then exit the judgement.
