Request: winget-cli packaging

Hello! Requesting install via winget-cli - Microsoft's package manager. (They try to push the app store, but there are many non-app-store packages, including Visual Studio variants, all manually installed)

Requesting this be packaged for winget for a 1-stop install (and update as needed) solution.
