Links in Contributing.MD file broken

The links in the Contributing.MD file are broken, they seems to want to link to the Issues section, but are taking me to a 404 page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/abahmed/Deer/blob/develop/docs/CONTRIBUTING.md
2. Click any of the links in There are many ways to contribute:
3. Get 404

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
To take to Issues section on Github.
