PWA not supporting IOS

Bug:

Aave PWA not supporting IOS, both mainly in app Icon

To Reproduce

** Must have an Iphone or IOS simulator on MacOSX **

1. Go to https://app.aave.com on Iphone or Simulator in Safari
2. Click on share button in safari toolbar
3. Scroll down to "Add to Home Screen"
4. See error

Expected behavior

Icons and other PWA support should be available on iPhones/iPads
