Not being able to supply EURS as isolated asset

Im trying to supply EURS as an isolated asset. I receive 20,000 EURS from the faucet. When I try to supply the TX fails.

I should be able to supply isolated euros

Steps to Reproduce 🕹

1. Get EURS from faucet - 20k
2. Supply EURS which are isolated
3. Sign TX
4. TX Fails
