Consolidate chart code into a single component for improved readability

<BalancesChart> and <TheFieldChart> use identical code--the only thing that changes is their data endpoint. Combining these two charts would contribute to code readability while ensuring that it's easier to maintain a common "look and feel" across visual assets.
