Update bootstrap to 3.4.1

Update the bootstrap dependency in AAM to the v3.4.1.
This is due to some minor vulnerabilities that are not exploitable with AAM UI. In particular, the vulnerability CVE-2019-8331, and CVE-2018-20677.
