2.4.3.0 crashes on launch

Device: HP Elite x3 Verizon
OS: 1709 Build 15254.12
I've rolled back store version to 2.4.2 for now. I am investigating this.
This should be fixed in v 2.4.4. It was an issue where a ThemeResource was not found on builds earlier than FCU.
