[Error] dotnet test command fails to execute the UnitTest project

Running tests on Travis-CI and locally gets aborted due to a weird error. Find the command, environment and stderr output below:

Thanks a lot for taking initiative. It would be great if we can get a successful run of the tests on Travis CI, it will definitely speed up the Pull Request review and merge process for us.
