Change delay for only keys with current delay

I would like to be able to change the delays on my problem keys together, but not have the new delay be applied to all the other working keys (which are set to 0ms). I want to be able to change the delay on all my problem keys but not have it be applied to keys I often press rapidly like the arrow keys or tab key, etc.

You can uncheck the keys that work fine.
