Allow decimal values for -s, -L, -B

Would it be possible to add support for non-integer sizes for the -s (and similar) switch? e.g. -s 1.5G should be the same as specifying -s 1536M.
This would simplify operation when using in combination with tools that print out decimal sizes, like zfs send -v.
