Mantain the JabRef group and subgroup structure when importing a BibTeX db

In JabRef it is possible to organize the papers in "directories" called groups. These groups can be nested. The regular Zotero import filter can handle the JabRef groups, creating the necessary Collection and SubCollections.
I think that it would be nice to have the same feature in Better BibTeX.
Do you have a sample file? The jabref group import actually was written by me; I donated it to zotero later. That it doesn't work is a bug.

A new release has been cut; the file you provided imports cleanly. It's a little slower than I like; I'm working on import performance.
