Clboss settings

Hi.. i can't figure out how to set settings like the zerobasefee to 0 and i want clboss to run a little lower fees in general to provide more routing..
im a noob when it comes to hacking in the terminal.. :p
im running Raspiblitz 1.8 with the latest core lightning insalled.
lightning-cli clboss-status works just fine but cant get the other commands to work.. maybe my input is wrong?
