visual glitch?

Hello, I am using your shield effect in my game. It looks great but seems to have a glitch in how it looks when it rotates.
Take a look at my image.
See how it seems to have missing squares in the texture? Not sure what is going on there, but if you could help me eliminate that I would be in your debt.
