Player needs to be given XP for monsters bleeding out

@Sebsebeleb: As the title says. I've tried to do it in various ways, and it doesn't want to work.
Commenting out the part which makes the monsters actually die from bleeding is out of the question, as it's crucial for speeding up the combat.
