I saw this requested by an unknown player who participated in the poll for the grappling hook.
I'll put in the exact quote here:

double jump rune

First and third thing make sense, but idk about "one about mobility", since that is essentially what range is.

The addition of this will require a custom plugin to accomplish, but luckilly, the double jump plugin i use, TreysDoubleJump, has an API with it, so it theoretically shouldn't be hard, but idk.
