RootHolder in BaseDispatcher should have `getRoot()` method

Well, unless people want to make their dispatcher be in flowless.preset, which really shouldn't be a requirement.
And now it does.
[DEPRECATED] Based on Flow 1.0-alpha. To keep your life simple, use zhuinden/simple-stack instead.
