(Admin tools) Battle chat history "target" field improvements

Recently (I think?) the game version and map were added to the "Target" column for battles in the admin chat history tool.

I like this in principle (as opposed to previously when the field was left blank) since it allows us to search for a particular conversation rather than reading all battle chat at once. Two issues with the current implementation:

• The value of the field changes whenever the number of players (or map) changes, making this not very useful for searching.
• The narrow "target" column makes each chat line take up a lot of vertical space, making the page hard to read. See image
