Info about JoinCommand:
This plugin was made with the help of Dr. Agonmoray and tyzoid. Thank you very much! I got the idea from a server admin named Bladen, who was looking for something like this for his amazing server.

Permission Nodes:

    JoinCommand.reload: true
    JoinCommand.FirstCommand: true
    JoinCommand.NormalCommand: true
    JoinCommand.addCommand: true

Commands:
/jc (replaced hi)
/jc-reload
/jc-addcommand
