Docs Demos page scrolls rapidly in a seizure-inducing fashion

Opening the "demos" docs page on firefox causes the page to rapidly scroll in a seizure-inducing fashion.
Replicated on both windows and linux on 5 peoples PCs, all firefox.
To replicate, go to https://zaplib.com/docs/demos.html on Firefox and watch the fireworks.
